"Motorway - Poland" Fairs in Kielce (10-13.05.2011)
As every year, Stabilator participated in the biggest building industry fairs in our country, called Motorways in Poland, which took place in Kielce. We were glad to present you, once again, with our sales offer and long experience in specialist building services.
We would like to thank all our clients, both existing and potential ones, whom we had a pleasure to meet and host at our stand during the fairs.

"A Safe Workplace" conference (14-15.04.2011)
In April 2011 in Olsztyn there was a conference entitled "A Safe Workplace", organised by the Central Work Safety Institute – the State Research Institute, in conjunction with the District Work Inspectorate in Olsztyn and the Olsztyn branch of the Polish Work Safety Service Employees. The conference was accompanied by an exhibition of works presenting solutions for safe work conditions and examples of individual protection measures.
At the conference Mr Mariusz Butowski, a work safety specialist, presented Stabilator`s good practice concerning the issue of combating stress in the workplace.
"The Patron of Culture 2010" award of the President of Sopot y 2010" (9.01.2011)
For 5 years we have supported an extraordinary, well-known Polish cultural event: the Sopot “Culture Summer” in the Atelier Theatre of Agnieszka Osiecka. Our actions supporting the local community have been noticed and appreciated. At the New Year`s Concert of 2011, which took place in the Sopot Sheraton hotel, Stabilator received the Patron of Culture in 2010 Award. The award was received by Mrs B. Kwiatkowska, the president of Stabilator, from the President of Sopot, Mr. Jacek Karnowski.

"The Amber Charity Leader" Medal (20.12.2010)
In July this year Stabilator joined the charity action called "A Summer Wave of Help", which was initiated by Ms K. Dobrzyniecka, the Director of BCC Gdańsk Lodge. The idea of this Action is to help the children who had been put at a disadvantage due to the consequences of this year`s flood in Poland.
Thanks to the financial support given by such companies as Stabilator, 40 children from the flooded and destroyed place called Janowiec nad Wisłą were able to go on a 14-day holiday to a Kashubian holiday centre with numerous attractions.
We are pleased to inform you that on 20 December this year, at a Christmas reception of the Gdańsk Lodge, Mr H. Matulewicz, the president of Stabilator, received The Amber Charity Leader Medal of the BCC Gdańsk Lodge, in recognition of the company`s commitment to helping those in need.

"Pomeranian Quality Award" competition award (9.12.2010)
On 9 December this year, in Gdańsk, there was an awards ceremony of the 14th “Pomeranian Quality Award” competition. This competition is for companies with ISO international management systems, which constantly increase the quality of their products or services.
Approximately 600 Pomeranian companies took part in this years` edition, so we are particularly proud that Stabilator was among 15 best ones, receiving the “Finalist Title”. The president of our company, Mr H. Matulewicz, received this diploma.
In addition, we received the President of Gdańsk Award.

The new Head Office of Stabilator is open (2.12.2010)
We are happy to inform you that on 2 December this year, we celebrated the opening of our new Head Office, located in Gdańsk-Osowa, ul. Nowy Świat 42/44. For our employees, it was a very special or even historic day: after long years of waiting, we finally managed to make this dream come true. What makes us even happier is the fact that we finalised this very important undertaking on the 15th anniversary of Stabilator`s business activity. We will invite you to visit us at our new office soon!

Safe Work Leader Golden Card 2011-2012 (25.10.2010)
In October this year, 18th Conference of the Safe Work Leaders Forum was held in Katowice, during which Safe Work Leader Cards were handed in to the participants. The actions we took during the last year to improve our work safety conditions were appreciated by the awarding Committee. Stabilator received a higher category Card: it was upgraded from the Silver to the Golden one for the years 2011-2012.

This year on 13 July, we signed the protocol of commencing building works in one of the most important historic monuments of Gdańsk: the 16th century Upland Gate. This gate is going to be a monument representing Gdańsk and the entire Pomeranian region: inside the monument there will be the Pomeranian Region Tourist Information Centre. Prior to the conversion of the monument into the tourist centre, however, building and restoration works will be carried out. The completion of works is planned for the end of 2011.

The action called” 2010 Holiday Work Practice”: an opportunity for students and graduates (22.06.2010)
On 22 June 2010, the 8th edition of the action called “2010 Holiday Work Practice” was finalised. The Action is organised by the City Hall of Gdańsk, and its aim is to help students and unemployed graduates from the Tricity universities to gain knowledge and experience, which will enable them to enter the job market. It was the third time that Stabilator had decided to support students and joined the “Holiday Work Practice” action by providing work practice opportunities. This action is a chance for university students and graduates and this is why we support it. The fact that we joined it gives us an opportunity to show that we attach considerable importance to confirming the image of our company as a modern, attractive employer who is friendly for university graduates. Since we participate in this programme, we are going to have 2 students from the University of Gdańsk doing one month internships in July and in August, in our Accounting Department.
Work practice for the students of the Technical University of Gdańsk (May 2010)
As every year, several students finishing their studies in the Land and Environment Engineering Department of the Technical University of Gdańsk are going to do work experience in our company (with regard to their diploma work and general building construction).
Anniversary mini-cruise (1-3 July 2010)
This year between 1st and 3rd July, Stabilator Sp. z o.o. went on a mini-cruise called “A Bridge to Copenhagen” to celebrate its 15th anniversary. We were celebrating the anniversary with our employees and our guests: business partners who are our friends. The celebrations began by making a toast with a glass of champagne during the official reception on the ferry. Subsequently we enjoyed the party until early morning hours, and the following day we discovered the beauty of Scania and Copenhagen. The weather was excellent and so were our moods, and we were enchanted by the beauty of Copenhagen. We had a very good time during our short trip to Scandinavia.
Our mini-cruise was organised by “Sea Tours” travel agency from Gdańsk (www.seatours.pl).

“Economy Griffin” Pomeranian Region Award for Stabilator (28.05.2010)
We are pleased to announce that on 28th May 2010 we received the “Economy Griffin 2010” for medium companies. The award was presented to our representative, Mr. J. Zacharewicz, by the Marshal of the Pomeranian Region, Mr. M. Struk and the Pomeranian Voivode, Mr. R. Zaborowski, on behalf of the Award Committee, during the official presentation of the Competition results held in the Artus Mansion in Gdańsk.

“Motorway – Poland” Fairs in Kielce (11-14.05.2010)
Between 14th and 16th 2010, Stabilator participated in the 16th International Road Building Fairs called: Motorway-Poland, organised in Kielce. The Motorway-Poland fairs are considered to be the biggest and the most prestigious event of the road building industry in Poland and in Europe. It gives its participants invaluable business opportunities with regard to co-operation of companies operating in this sector.
It was the eighth time that we had the pleasure of meeting you in Kielce.
Our participation in the Fairs gave us an excellent opportunity to meet prospective clients and to begin direct relationships with them. We were able to present our business offer and our long years of experience with regard to specialist building services to such a wide spectrum of interested people. For the first time after changing our company logo we had a chance to present our new image to a wide audience.
