a manufacturer of radio communication equipment, where she was responsible for planning, cost analysis, economics and finance. In 1995, she took the post of Financial Director in PHZ BALTONA S.A. and successfully restructured the company. She moved to STABILATOR in 1999, at first working as the Financial Director responsible for financial liquidity, budgeting and financial reporting. As the President of STABILATOR, she successfully managed the Company through a number of challenging projects, such as writing off the company’s debts, ensuring its financial stability, and implementing the integrated quality, environment and health & safety management systems, thus allowing the Company to obtain ISO 9001, 14001 and PN-N 18001 certificates. ![]() Hubert Matulewicz Position: Vice President of the Management Board of STABILATOR Sp. z o.o. Appointed on January 2002. Education:
Since 1972, as an employee of the Communal Building Design Office in Gdańsk, Mr Matulewicz worked as an independent design engineer and investor supervision inspector. He was either the general designer or chief coordinator in investment projects for construction of water intakes, sewage treatment plants, or water and sewage systems in a number of towns in Poland and abroad, e.g. in Klaipeda (USSR) and Bakova (Czech Republic). Between 1979 and 1983, as the Contract Manager he was responsible for development of feasibility studies and construction designs for technical infrastructure of 24 cities in Libya. Since 1995, he has been responsible for design and execution in restoration projects, including restorations of the Teutonic Knights’ Castle in Malbork, Manor House in Gdańsk Oliwa, Royal Castle in Warsaw, or the 16th century wooden church in Boguszyce. He has worked with STABILATOR from the very beginning as a designer and technical consultant. He is now the Vice President of the Management Board. Back to top |
