10th Anniversary of the Company

In 2005 we celebrated the 10th anniversary of STABILATOR’s presence in the Polish market. On that occasion, we visited Stockholm, the city where the idea to establish the Company first saw the light of day. We were joined in celebrations by our long-time partners in business: design office Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Komunalnego from Gdansk, UNISOFT from Gdynia, chartered accountants Biuro Biegłych Rewidentów ELMA POLAUDIT from Łódź, a representative of QS Solution Consulting Group from Pruszcz Gdański and legal firm Kancelaria Radców Prawnych CIC from Gdynia.

Celebrations of the Company’s 10th anniversary began with an official dinner on a ferry, with champagne, special thanks and greetings. After that, we danced till dawn to live music and the hum of waves.

For the following two days, we walked the streets of Stockholm and admired
its monuments. We visited the Old Town, the Vasa Museum,
the Fairytales Museum, the Swedish Parliament, and the Coin Museum.



We have fond memories of this Swedish travel, the charm of the beautiful and clean city and its friendly people … We can still remember the atmosphere that prevailed during
our stay in Stockholm.

Christmas Eve Party
Each year, we celebrate the Christmas Eve together. It is the custom at our Company that the celebrations are attended by all the personnel. This is the time to sum up
the Company’s achievements, to share the successes and prospects for development,
to exchange Christmas wishes and have a good time together.
Last year, we partied at the Harnaś restaurant in Sopot. That was a special occasion
for us, as it was our Company’s big anniversary. The Company’s Management Board
did not forget the efforts and engagement of its long-time employees, and on that day
we honoured them with special thanks and financial awards.
We spent that December night at the richly laid table to the sounds of traditional folk music.

Training in Sobieszewo
Company meetings are not only a chance to party and get to now one another better. We want to spend our time together to expand our knowledge, share problems, exchange our experience, as it was the case in Sobieszewo.
For the first time in the Company’s history, the administration personnel, the engineers and the managing staff took part in “soft” training entitled Implementation
Of The Employee Assessment System In The Company.
Carefully selected workshops gave us all an opportunity to reflect over our personal potential and use of inborn and acquired skills in our professional careers.
The participants had the opportunity to eliminate mistakes in interpersonal communication, reinforcing those behaviours and reactions that are desirable and optimal for personal motivation as well as for motivating other people.
